Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Biodata.sg and any related services, features, content, communications, and software we make available through the platform. In these terms, Biodata.sg, Digital Health, we, us, and our mean Digital Health Pte Ltd.
By accessing or using Biodata.sg, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
About the platform
Biodata.sg is solely a technology platform, directory, and discovery service for domestic helper biodata and related agency information in Singapore. We may allow biodata to be submitted by MOM-licensed employment agencies, direct domestic helpers, or other authorized representatives.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Biodata.sg does not employ domestic helpers, act as an employment agency, act as the employer of record, provide legal advice, guarantee work permit eligibility, verify every listing, or become a party to any hiring, placement, interview, payment, or agency agreement between users.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You may use the platform only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering, contacting an agency, listing biodata, or otherwise using the platform. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if information appears false, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful.
Listings, submissions, and third-party content
Agencies, helpers, and other submitters are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and timeliness of any biodata, profile details, photos, videos, documents, testimonials, salary information, availability details, or other materials they submit to Biodata.sg.
We do not independently guarantee the truth, completeness, lawfulness, or currency of user-submitted content. Any reliance on listings, profile details, documents, representations, or communications made through the platform is at your own risk.
If you submit content, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so and that any necessary consents have been obtained. You also grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt, publish, and display that content for the operation, promotion, moderation, and improvement of Biodata.sg.
We may review, edit, reject, de-list, or remove content at our discretion, including where we believe content is inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, infringing, offensive, or inconsistent with law, MOM requirements, or these terms.

- Agencies using the platform must hold and maintain any licences or approvals required by law.
User due diligence
Employers and agencies are responsible for conducting their own checks before making hiring, placement, payment, or compliance decisions. This includes verifying identity, work history, references, training, legal eligibility, medical suitability, salary expectations, agency status, and any other matters relevant to a proposed hire.
Any search, ranking, recommendation, or A.I.-assisted matching features are provided as informational tools only. They do not replace human review and do not constitute advice, endorsement, or a guarantee of suitability.
