Delete in the app
- Sign in to Biodata.sg and open the Account tab.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Verify with your password or linked Google account.
- Acknowledge the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Delete your Biodata.sg account
You can permanently delete your Biodata.sg account and the personal data associated with it. Choose either method below. Account deletion cannot be undone.

The in-app option is fastest. If you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it, email us to initiate the same permanent deletion process.
Request deletion by email
- Email us from the address associated with your Biodata.sg account.
- Use the subject “Biodata.sg account deletion request”.
- Include your account email. We may contact you to verify ownership.
- After verification, we will confirm when deletion is complete.
Or write to hello@biodata.sg. Never send us your password.
What happens to your data
Data deleted with your account
Once the request is verified and completed, the following data is removed from Biodata.sg’s active systems.
- Your Biodata.sg account, sign-in credentials, linked sign-in identifiers, profile, preferences, and notification settings.
- Your shortlisted or saved biodata and the enquiries, conversations, and messages associated with your account.
- Biodata profiles you own, including drafts, skills, employment history, feedback, and associated photos or uploads.
- Your agency profile and other account-owned content, where applicable.
Limited exceptions
Data that may be kept
There is no additional retention period for the active account data listed above. Limited records may be retained only where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, support, or regulatory purposes.
- Payment and transaction records that must be kept for accounting, tax, dispute, or regulatory purposes.
- Limited fraud-prevention, security, audit, support, and deletion-request records where retention remains necessary.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
- Information controlled by another party, such as an employment agency or another submitter, where Biodata.sg is not authorised to delete it.
These limited records are kept only for the applicable legal or operational retention period, are not used to restore or reactivate your deleted account, and are deleted or anonymised when retention is no longer necessary. The period varies by record type and applicable legal requirement. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
